Rentals Policy

Our rentals are curated and maintained with care. The policies below outline how we reserve, deliver, and recover each piece so every event runs gracefully.

Reservations & Deposits

A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to reserve items for your date. The remaining balance is due in advance of delivery, per the schedule in your agreement.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery, setup, and pickup are offered throughout Miami and South Florida. Fees vary based on location, access, and timing. A responsible adult must be on site to receive and release rentals.

Care of Rentals

The client is responsible for the rentals from the time of delivery until pickup. Items must be kept dry, protected from weather, and used only for their intended purpose.

Damage & Loss

Any rentals returned damaged, soiled beyond ordinary cleaning, or missing will be billed at the full replacement cost listed in your rental agreement.

Cancellations

Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made within thirty days of the event are subject to the full rental balance. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate date changes when possible.
